Making A Purchase.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Generador-Electrico.com does not accept credit cards. If you are a placing an international, non-spanish order, only wire transfers are accepted. Efforts are currently being done to accept (secured) credit cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and are processing your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Cooling Off Period
Returns within 7 days.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it to us with packaging in an “as new” condition within 7 days of the date of receipt, for a full refund excluding shipping costs. The purchaser must pay for the full costs of returning the products.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping from Generador-Electrico.com. All goods are generally shipped from our logisitic centre based at Ctra Algeciras Km 6.200 in Ronda (Malaga)
By prior arrangement, it is possible to collect your product direct from our Logistic Centre, saving in this case all transport costs. Please contact us for further information.
Generador-Electrico.Com appreciate that is difficult to check the whole of a delivery consignment before you sign to receive the shipment. Therefore, Generador-Electrico.com allows a 24 hour period after the time of receiving the shipment to report any transport damage. This is especially important for solar panels, generatos and other fragile material. Each fragile product is opened in our Spain warehouse for quality control, to ensure damaged or broken tubes are not sent to our customers. We take every effort to secure these products by only shipping them at the most correct way, but on some occasion’s damage in transit does occur. It is the responsibility of the receiving customer to check and report any product damage within this 24 hour period. If damage is not reported in this period Generador-Electrico.com will not accept any claim for damaged product.
Delivery Schedule.
We normally dispatch your order the following working day. We will normally send your order via national 24hour service (Spain) or classic economy parcel or pallet delivery (4 to 6 days) for international orders, depending on the product.
Any dates specified by Generador-Electrico.com for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, Generador-Electrico.com shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 40 days.
If items are required urgently then the Buyer should contact us to arrange an urgent delivery prior to placing the order.
Back Orders.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 16% IVA (VAT) is added. A full VAT invoice is supplied.
For shipments outside Spain, if you have a Valid EU VAT number and wish to have your order without addec IVA/VAT, please advise before you order.
Guarantee.
Warranties
Generador-Electrico.com warrants that the Goods are of satisfactory quality. All our products carry a minimum 1 or 2 year warranty (some products have a longer period of warranty, depending on the product and is listed in the product specification) Any product deemed to be faulty within this period can be returned to Generador-Electrico.com for repair or replacement without charge. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you wish a refund, return the unit to us in it’s original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days and we will refund you the original purchase price excluding carriage fees. All Goods returned to Generador-Electrico.com for any reason must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) which can be obtained by contacting us.
Generador-Electrico.com shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Buyer alters, opens or repairs the Goods without the written agreement of Generador-Electrico.com or uses the goods outside of their rated specifications. Generador-Electrico.com’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the original purchase price of such Goods if the product is jo longer available or cannot be replaced with an equivalent.
Limitation of Liability
Generador-Electrico.com’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods supplied and shall under no circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.

Generador-Electrico.com do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the spanish sellings directive.
Risk in and Ownership of the Goods
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery. Ownership in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received in full in cleared funds all sums due to the Company in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or may become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.
